We are an independent New Zealand company—not a franchise—with specialist knowledge of marble, granite, limestone, travertine, engineered stone, porcelain, tiles and grout. Our services include professional cleaning, sealing, polishing, restoration, benchtop repairs, tile and grout repairs, silicone replacement, tiling and waterproofing.

Meet the Team Behind Lustre Ltd
Dino Gagas
Dino is the Director of Lustre Ltd and is widely recognised within the industry for his specialist knowledge and technical expertise. With decades of experience in New Zealand and internationally, Dino has developed a deep understanding of natural stone, engineered stone and tiled surfaces. His practical, solutions-focused approach enables him to assess complex issues and recommend effective restoration, repair, care and maintenance solutions tailored to each project.
Donovan Ryan
Donovan has extensive experience in the natural stone industry, having worked on a diverse range of projects throughout his career. His background includes significant Auckland restoration projects at St Matthew-in-the-City, Britomart and Auckland Museum, along with large commercial stone-cladding projects and residential installations. His experience also extends to benchtops, vanities, natural stone fireplaces and other bespoke stone applications. Today, Donovan brings this broad technical knowledge and practical expertise to Lustre Ltd’s specialist stone restoration, repair and tiling services.
Steve Rollason
Steve has been working for Lustre since 2010 and has been a Projects Manager since 2017. He is a qualified stonemason and cabinetmaker. Over the last eight years, he has built up a vast knowledge of both engineered stone and natural stone benchtops, ranging from repairs to alterations. Steve and his team have a solid reputation for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and long-lasting results. His attention to detail, technical knowledge, and commitment to excellence make him a trusted choice for both residential and commercial restoration projects, including benchtops, flooring, cladding, and tiling.
